James Barbieri, owner and chef, started cooking with his Italian grandmother when he was young. Now James is continuing his grandmother’s passion for cooking and making desserts. Being a vegetarian since the age of twelve, he developed an eggless cheesecake recipe and made it gluten free. He has been selling Venice Cheesecakes since the 1980’s.
